Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify procurement needs for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Source and evaluate potential suppliers, contractors, and vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable payment terms.
Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, or contract terms.
Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to foster long-term partnerships and ensure reliable supply.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including vendor contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Work closely with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and industry developments that may impact procurement decisions.
Assist in the development of procurement strategies to optimize costs and streamline processes.

Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Purchaser or Procurement Officer, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local procurement regulations and practices in Ethiopia is a plus.
