II. Position Description
A field based position responsible for day-to-day support of wet mill clients (Private and Cooperatives) to develop and implement the Techno Serve TASQ sustainability standards, quality standards, and bookkeeping training. The standards aim to improve business practices under the following criteria; TASQ overview, Regenerative, Inclusiveness, Gender equality, Farm traceability, CGAM, Coffee quality control and processing overview and Bookkeeping and other trainings as necessary.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental protection and management or related fields, Agricultural Science, Business management, Plant science, and Horticulture etc/ Masters preferred.
· At least four years of professional experience – ideally private sector/government – in one or more of the following areas: environmental protection, coffee processing or agriculture, SME development, and other related experience in environmental protection and management.
V. Preferred Skills:
· Experience of working on coffee processing wet mills at private and cooperative levels and having knowledge of wet mill supply chain has a plus advantage
· Motor bicycle riding license
Affan Oromo speaking, hearing and writing is mandatory for West Guji position and for Gedio Yirgachafe as the BA will support additionally, at two adjacent woredas of West Guji Abbayya and Gelana Woredas the knowledge of Affan Oromo has a plus advantage
