Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR unit.
Contributing to the development of HR unit goals, objectives, and systems
Manages the talent acquisition process, which includes JD development, Posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
Responsible for leading/managing all HR activities like salary planning, employee training, benefits administration, and all other human resources-related activities necessary to support the business needs.
Manage staffing, succession planning, and associated programs and processes.
update employees HR master data both in hard and soft copy.
prepare a monthly payroll.
Organize and attend job fairs and expos.
Manage and lead performance management systems.
Advise, challenge and support the management on HR and related matters.
Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadline.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
B.A. or B.Sc. Degree in Business, Human Resources.
Certification in Talent Management or any other areas of HR fields is an advantage.
A systematic and structure approach, with strong knowledge and experience in project management and learning management systems
Labor Proclamation, HR regulations, Directives
Knowledge of basic human resource disciplines
FMCG experience is preferable.
