Purpose of the Job:
To enhance revenue and maximize profits of the Company by promoting real estate offerings to customers and close sales.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform sale visits activities in according to sales approach and plan.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
• Interact regularly with prospect clients and customers through convenient means (i.e.
cold and warm calls, e-mail, on site visit, etc.).
• Attend and organize trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings to build the Company images and meet potential customers.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports, maintain potential customer contact records, and handle enquiries quickly and professionally.
• Gather background information on potential customers to increase knowledge about their needs and potential value.
• Work towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall Company’s target.
• Understands business implications of decisions and displays orientation to profitability.
• Demonstrate knowledge of market and competition and aligns work with strategic goals.
• Producing innovative ideas and sales activities to meet objectives/ targets.
● Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Management or in other related fields of study.
● Work Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience as Sales in Real Estate sector
● Good communication skills
● Excellent client/customer management skills..
