Job Purpose:
Under the direct supervision of marketing manager, the junior officer will be responsible for enhancing company’s online visibility and engagement. Working closely with our marketing team, he/she will be responsible for creating content, managing social media channels, while also providing essential sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Marketing:
· Create engaging content for our social media platforms, to showcase our roses and promote our brand.
· Manage social media profiles, ensuring consistent brand representation and timely responses to comments and messages.
· Implement social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
· Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive
· Closely follow-up different national and with-in company events to develop relevant contents
· Ensure that contents and designs are approved by the marketing manager before release
2. Website Management
· Content update/Creating appropriate website content aligned with the organization’s strategy.
· Performance optimization
· Analytic and data tracking
· Regular backups and disaster recovery
· Social media integration
· Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites.
3. Sales Support:
· Compile and share with the marketing manager potential market leads coming through social media platforms and other sources
· Initiate contact with potential buyers identified in different flower exhibitions and related events.
· Gather customer’s opinions on Tinaw’s product and customer service quality with a view to consciously improve.
· Assist in preparing sales documents, such as packing list, invoices, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
· Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with order processing.
· Facilitate online direct sales through Floriday and web shops, ensuring accurate product listings, timely responses to customer queries, and seamless order processing.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
· Monitor social media analytics to track the performance of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
· Prepare regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing our social media strategy.
· Support in daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales and performance analysis of different markets
· Conduct regional sales performance analysis
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to align social media initiatives with overall business objectives.
· Support marketing and sales initiatives, events, and promotions as needed.
· Closely follow-up developments at the arm site worth sharing on the company’s website and social media platforms
· Follow-up and share developments in Environmental, Social and Governance related areas
· Promote introduction of new products and varieties
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, computer & Information System, Business, or a related field from a reputable educational institution.
· At least 2 years’ experience in digital or social media marketing
· Previous experience or strong interest in social media marketing and sales support roles.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative mindset for content creation.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design skills are advantageous.
