Plans, organizes, directs and controls the overall financial activities of the company;
Undertakes strategic analysis and assists with strategic planning, producing long-term business plans of the company;
Compiles, together with the other members of the management team of the company, budgets and forecasts covering all activities of the company, and managing budgets; Effectively applies accounting, budgeting and expenditure control systems of the company and ensuring that cash is utilized properly and in accordance with procedures, rules, regulations and general guidelines in place;
Ensures that policies and procedures laid down to govern finance and accounting activities of the company are strictly adhered to;
Monitors departmental budgets of the company and reviewing financial transactions to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted;
Assists proactively with cost control, revenue enhancement, profit improvement opportunities and safeguarding of the company assets;
Collates, prepares and interprets reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements of the company;
Undertakes research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting the company performance;
Ensures that the accounts, records and transactions of the company are accurate and correct at all times;
Maintains proper and complete accounting records, preparing and interpreting the financial statements and reports of the company;
Provides financial information of the company to management as tools for maximizing profits and planning for the future;
Ensures proper controls for the different service outlet cashiers of the company;
