Plan vehicle need of the company and request purchase and transfer old vehicles for bid.
Establishing and Maintaining vehicle management and relevant fleet manuals
Maintain agreement with maintenance service providers, schedule and facilitate vehicles regular and incidental maintenance to ensure availability of enough vehicles and healthiness of then vehicles.
Ensure monthly, weekly and Daily Drivers as well as vehicles schedule is prepared for the pool cars and employee services and execute per the plan.
Deliver Allocated vehicles to management staffs who has vehicle package in their employment letter or as per the approval and regularly inspect, act if they vehicles aren’t properly kept.
Maintain vehicle inventory up to date and current.
Plan fuel coupon requirement and secure approval to ensure on time delivery and monitor fuel usage through different control mechanism including GPS, Driver's efficiency, regular maintenance.
Keep the maintenance cost optimal by looking for service providers option, working closely with the insurance, minimizing incidental maintenance through regular inspection.
Ensure timely submission of activity plan and their timely performance reports to Manager – Admin Services
Ensures all Drivers adheres to the company fleet Management Procedure and vehicle reports submitted on time with required quality.
Oversee the outsourced staff transportation service, ensure that they are on schedule and in case of any breakdown, alternative arrangements are made for smooth movement of staff.
Ensure that all statutory elements of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) are implied.
Prepare fleet reports on time and with the required details.
Propose new ideas and participate in the development of fleet procedure manuals.
Initiate cost saving initiative and share proposal to the Manager – Admin Services review
Lead and supervise his/her direct reports.
Ensures that a smooth relation is created with the concerned offices such as insurances,
Supervise the day-to-day performance of subordinate and conduct annual performance appraisal of his/her direct reports.
Monitor and supervise the work of the third-party agencies.
Receives employees’ complaints and resolve them to perform other duties as per the office.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
BSC degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Automotive stream or any related field of study with 2 years’ experience within a multinational/local corporation in a similar position
Or Diploma/Level IV in Automotive stream or any related filed of study with 4 years’ experience within a multinational/local corporation in similar position
