1. Main duties and responsibilities
Under the general direction and guidance of the Head, Training Coordination and Follow-up Division, Create and implement training programs based on needs identified by supervisors or customers. Measure the effectiveness of training programs by collecting data on participant satisfaction and retention rates. Recommend new technologies for use in training programs based on industry trends and clients’ needs.

2.1 Create and implement training programs based on needs identified by supervisors or customers.
2.2 Measure the effectiveness of training programs by collecting data on participant satisfaction and retention rates.
2.3 Develop and maintain training materials such as manuals, workbooks, and presentations.
2.4 Recommend new technologies for use in training programs based on industry trends and clients’ needs.
2.5 Design and develop computer-based training programs using special software packages such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Presenter.
2.6 Record and transcribe training sessions and provide feedback to trainers.
2.7 Conduct surveys to determine customers’ training needs in specific job functions or areas of customer’s needs.
2.8 Develop and deliver training programs using various methods such as classroom instruction, online learning, or e-learning programs.
2.9 Performs related duties as may be required.
Qualification Requirement
Education
BA in Business Management/Personnel Management or other related fields
Work Experience
6 Years Related Experience
