Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
Act as a trusted advisor and provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Training and Development: Identify training and development needs within the organization and design and deliver relevant programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Coordinate with external training providers and internal subject matter experts to deliver effective training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to policies and practices accordingly.
Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
Job Requirement
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR management experience in the architecture and engineering industry or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
Solid understanding of compensation and benefits programs and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
