Responsible for promoting and expanding sales of Ethiopia Strong Chemicals products, including those used in batching plants, mixing plants, or construction companies with mixing stations.
Develop and maintain customer relationships, facilitate sales orders, and achieve sales targets.
Understand customer needs deeply, provide professional product solutions, and after-sales services for batching plants, mixing plants, or construction companies with mixing stations.
Participate in formulating sales strategies and plans, and assist in achieving sales performance indicators.
Conduct regular market research and gather competitive intelligence, provide market feedback, and suggestions.
Job Requirement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Three or more years of sales experience in the chemical industry, including work in batching plants, mixing plants, or construction companies with mixing stations, with a good understanding of related market and customer resources.
Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and team spirit.
Passionate about sales work, with a strong sense of customer service and responsibility.
Proficient in office software and sales management tools.
