Job summary:
Digital Marketing Manager will develop, implement, track and optimize the company’s digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Formulate digital marketing strategy and road map to deliver tangible commercial value against company-wide business targets.

· Demonstrating deep theoretical and practical user knowledge of social media and ability to use it to both facilitate more personal relationships with our consumers and distribute content fast, easily and cost effectively.
· Maximizing the power of combining capabilities and expertise with that of a broad range of external partners who have the skills, knowledge and influence to help us achieve our brand vision more effectively and cost efficiently than going it alone.
· Leading multi-channel planning in order to optimize the mix of traditional and digital media and ensure a balanced media plan. You can supervise the performance of agency partners to ensure transparency and delivery of agreed metrics.
· Applying expertise and judgment to evaluate potential brand communication ideas and associated content against a brief and judge whether they deliver the best possible comprehensive, integrated and scale solution which will have longevity in market
· Working collaboratively with sales commercial team, gathering market and industry insights that will positively impact the business. Have a drive and curiosity for scoping opportunities such as emerging channels
Top Accountabilities
· Create detailed production plans that outline the content creation process for all social media platforms, ensuring timely execution and adherence to- brand guideline and communication plan.
· Develop a content strategy for all social media platforms and obtain approval form brand manager to ensure it aligns with our brand's standards and objectives.
· Oversee the scheduling and publishing of all approved content across various social media channels together with brand managers, ensuring all brands maintains an active and engaging online presence.
· Track, analyze, and report on the performance for all brands social media activities, making necessary adjustments to enhance engagement and reach.
