We are looking for Business Development and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for Bringing new business opportunities and provide prospective customers/clients and also responsible for the overall process of a business development life cycle from assessment to ideation to service design, market strategy from a marketing perspective and monitoring marketing activities ensuring service success.
Duties and responsibility
Identifies and develops business development opportunities, based on companies past performance, qualifications, and overarching business development goals.
Research and identify new business opportunities including new market growth areas, trends, clients, partnership, product and services.
To formulate, develop and implement the overall business development policies and plans to realize the company's objectives
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
To maintain existing business relationships and secure new business growth through direct customer contacts and networking
Understand the market and customer preference thru market assessments
Seeking out appropriate contact in an organization and meet with clients face to face or other platforms.
Discuss promotional strategy with the company the general manager.
Attend seminaries, conferences and events held by the company or other parties to capture new opportunities.
Identifying market opportunities through meeting, networking and other channels
Building positive relationship and meeting existing and potential clients
Conduct brainstorming sessions with the concerned internal and external people for service ideation
Understand the needs of the clients and respond effectively with a plan on how to meet the goals and aims
To actively pursue and achieve agreed growth and sales targets
Other duties as assigned.

Experience
Graduate BA degree and minimum of 8 years and MA degree 6 years with full-time work in Logistics Company directly experience in Business Development position.

Knowledge, Skills, Competence
Freight Forwarding, Logistics /Transportation, industry experience and Knowledge of areas in logistics, transportation and warehousing mandatory is a Mandatory

Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point applications;
