Job summary:
Achieving this role is all about:
· Provide operational leadership for the production and sales organization, and the company’s route to market strategy.
· Ensure effective service to Distributors (Product availability, Trade benefits, credit availability...) leading to sustainable partnership
· Lead and ensure a strong control and compliance framework of sales contribution by SKU and territory.
· Optimize and create possibilities for efficient distributors replenishment in the context of capacity constraint.
· Provide insight to the management through business intelligence for relevant business decision making.
Ensure safe and efficient management of logistics and warehousing operation.

· Lead the budget preparation of the commercial function in alignment of key stakeholder
Top Accountabilities
· Ensure effective service to Distributors (Product availability, Trade benefits, credit availability...) leading to sustainable partnership
· Ensure great business partnership in place to manage relationship with all distributors, Supply chain, to achieve Business goals
· Set dynamic process improvement in place to support logistics and capacity constraints
· Provide operational leadership for the production and sales organization, and the company’s route to market strategy
· Implement strong control and compliance framework for the Sales and distribution, sales contribution by SKU and territory
· Optimize and create possibilities for efficient distributors replenishment in the context of capacity constraint
· Provide insight to the management through business intelligence for relevant business decision making
· Ensure product availability through working with Production Managers and the Sales and Marketing
· Accurate sales reporting on a daily basis and guide the production on the SKU requirement from trade
· Work with the distribution to optimize the logistical functions
· End to end planning, purchase and deployment of cold equipment as per approved plan such us glass door, chest freezer, draft instant cooler, and counter -top cooler
· Arrange deployment, evaluation and movement of cold equipment as per the market strategy and approved plan
· Development and management of trade terms, pricing and margin managementRequired Qualification & Experience
· BA Degree or MA in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Economics and related fields
· 10 years of sales and/or distribution experience with 3 years at senior management level, ideally in FMCG or beer industry
Key competencies
· Good analytical skills
· Personal management skill
· Business systems implementation skills.
· Excellent IT skills including Excel and knowledge of at least one large
· financial/ ERP/SYSPRO system
