Job Description
Sales Capability Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, managing and overseeing company's sales force training. Their main goal is to improve the sales force sales skill and Knowledge and to drive better sales processes and outcomes.
· Identify the training needs of the channel & retail Sales team
· Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the team members.
· Develop effective sales training programs
· Create the training material and make improvements to it according to the need.
· Develop sales training activities like role plays, discussions and different exercises to strengthen the team’s skills
· Assess the performance of the sales team to determine the effect of training
· Develop training and orientation programs for newly hired staff
· Coordinate with the sales team and collect feedback regarding training programs
Job Requirements
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Education
Ø Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields
Experience
Ø Proven of experience at least 2 years as a Sales Training Specialist, Corporate Sales Trainer.
Required skills
Ø Self-motivated with good leadership qualities
Ø Ability to manage and able to work independently
Ø Proficiency in e-learning platforms.
Ø Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ø Ability to design effective sales training programs.
Ø Ability to measure an employee's performance.
