The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase the company's visibility, attract new clients, and drive sales growth. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing Tajir Trading Plc. i's business development, marketing, and sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services to current customers as well as new ones
2. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
3. Collaborate with other departments to create marketing materials and develop marketing campaigns that highlight the company's services and offerings.
4. Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
5. Identify new business opportunities and target markets, and develop and execute plans to reach those markets.
6. Analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth in existing markets or development of new markets
7. Conduct market assessment on regular basis to the feasibility of the center, services, and courses offered at the center
8. Create and manage a pipeline of sales leads and opportunities, and work closely with the sales team to close deals and achieve sales targets.
9. Recruitment and supervision of sales staff and vendors
10. Analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and use insights to inform business development, marketing, and sales strategies.
11. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
12. Manage budgets and resources for business development, marketing, and sales activities, and ensure that all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.

· BA/MA degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, and Transportation, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred
· Proven experience in business development, marketing, and sales management.
· MA/BA Degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business Management from a recognized University
Minimum Work Experience
BA/MA minimum of 10/08 years of experience in, out of which 5 years in a managerial position with direct related experience with real estate sector more advantages
