Greek Community School is an international school that use Cambridge curriculum. The school has been providing education more than five decade for about 53 citizens from KG to A and AS level. Quality learning outcomes depends on efficient and effective utilization of the existing human resource, developing, motivating, and attracting high caliber applicant from the world market. It is critical that an organization’s pay and reward structure need to be fair, competitive and adequate. It also needs to protect against the risk of unfairness through equal pay claims. Thus, this consultancy prepare job evaluation, grading and salary structure to ensure that the service continues to pay above the Real Living Wage and to improve the competitiveness of the salaries in relation to other international schools. Salary grades are used by many organizations to help managers manage the compensation of new employees and establish appropriate pay increases for existing employees while maintaining equity among the jobs in the company. Salary grades provide a structure for fairly compensating employees and managing the payroll.

Objective
The objective of this study is to attract, support, and retain a diverse workforce by providing competitive compensation and other benefit to enhance and advance the overall mission and core values of Greek Community School.
The objective of issuance of this Expression of Interest (EOI) document is to shortlist a potential list of bidders who have the basic competency, capacity to executes & provide the required job grading, design and salary increment advisory support to Greek Community School.

A financial proposal detailing the daily rate expected but not including accommodation, transportation, stationary, research assistances and all other cost related to this assignment.
Company profile and CVs of key experts
At least 3 sample of previously conducted similar tasks.
Detailed budget breakdown based on expected daily rates.
