Job Summary
The Business Control Manager is in charge of Habesha’s Business Control Department and acts as the senior financial business partner to the Habesha Management Team. For this role we are looking for a seasoned finance professional, a strong communicator, influencer, team player and outspoken driver of financial discipline and result.
· Leading the Business Control Team.
· Financial business partner to the Habesha Management Team.
· Leading and shaping the planning and control cycle.
· Providing solicited and unsolicited advice to management regarding financial implications of proposed policy and decision making.
· Establish and develop financial reports and other relevant management information for management.
· Develop business cases for new business opportunities
· Leading partner in managing departmental budgets.
· Market intelligence and profit pool analysis.
· Leading the discussion on product pricing and value chain.
· Development of project control for large and complex expansion and replacement investments.
· Preparing financial analysis for innovations and new product introductions.
· Lead, design and implement working capital management improvement program.
· Preparation of financial forecasts, cash flow projections, rolling forecasts of revenues, cost and working capital.
• 6+ years relevant work experience in accounts receivable management.
• Minimum of 2 year management experience in leading a team of professionals.
• Experience in a multinational and / or International working environment is a big plus.
• Completed university degree in business economics or financial accounting.
• Fluent command of English both written and spoken.
• Good command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
