The Warehouse Cashiers Manager is in charge of Habesha’s team of cashier accountants. For this role we are looking for an experienced finance professional with a background in accounts receivable management, strong customer focus, team player and driver of financial discipline and result.
· Leading the Habesha team of Warehouse Cashier Accountants
· Interview, hire and train new cashier accountants
· Ensure best practice processes and controls
· Ensure compliance to the Habesha Credit Policy
· Ensure strong customer focus
· Drive collaboration between cashiers and the Sales Department
· Manage bank deposit activities and make sure that cash is counted according to schedule
· Identify and address any accounts related problems on an immediate basis
· Provide assistance with inventory counts
· Establish and develop financial reports and other relevant management information for management regarding accounts receivable.
• 6+ years relevant work experience in accounts receivable management.
• Minimum of 2 year management experience in leading a team of professionals.
• Experience in a multinational and / or International working environment is a big plus.
• Completed university degree in business economics or financial accounting.
• Fluent command of English both written and spoken.
• Good command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
