The purpose of the post is to provide programmatic and administrative support to the Pastoralist Afar Girls’ Education Support (PAGES) project. S/He will be responsible for providing office administrative support and will be responsible for data management. Moreover, the post holder will support logistical processes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The following are minimum requirements for this position:
Education
A Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences or related field and additional training in secretarial and office management.
At least 3 years of experience in project support, secretarial services and office management with reputable NGOs;
Ability to work independently; proactive, self-starter, self-driven and ability to work in a team setting;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and language skills, including ability to prepare/edit reports in English;
Excellent organisational skills
Good computer skills and ability to use Word, PowerPoint and Excel
