Senior Employee Relations and Welfare Officer is in charge of the administration of employee welfare and wellness programs and funds. Where applicable, the senior officer will assist the manager HR Services in industrial relations matters.

Academic & Professional Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration Management or related discipline.
Professional qualification(s) in Human Resources is an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience

Required Technical Competency
Technical experience in Human Resources Services procedures.
Knowledge and understanding of Ethiopian employment and labour relations law and other relevant employment laws.
Methods and techniques of records management to include indexing, filing, preservation, and storage of records.
Knowledge of current technology for records maintenance, storage and preservation including imaging.
Ability to formulate departmental clerical policy, procedures, and forms.
Experience in creating and running reports as needed from HRIS to provide a variety of statistical information.
Good computer skills including MS Office and report writing applications.
Knowledge and experience in data analytics and statistics.
