Job Summary
Mobile & Online Banking Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for assuring the quality and functionality of mobile and online banking products and services. The role holder is also responsible for creating and running tests, identify errors and provide feedback to ensure a final product meets the customer expectation and the Bank's standard and ensure users have a smooth, error free experience while using a product consistently.
In addition, the role holder is responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues throughout the product life cycle and provide feedback and recommendations for the continuity of improvement.
Academic & Professional Qualification
BA degree in marketing Management, Management, Business Administration or other equivalent field.
MA degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance or Business; with strong IT skills or Research or any other equivalent field is an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience

Good knowledge of banking regulations.
Adequate knowledge of Banking and finance (local and international).
Experience in digital banking.
Good understanding of mobile banking technologies, online banking platforms, and industry best practices.
Good strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Project management skills.
