Purpose of the Job:
To enhance performance and reliability of electrical and automation systems by coordinating the manufacture, fabrication and installation of instrumentation and automation system components and parts in electrical workshops.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Coordinate repairing and adjusting equipment, machines, and defective components.
· Maintain equipment logs that record performance problems, repairs, calibrations, and tests.
· Follow up the work of repairing and maintaining the automated systems and devices used within the company.
· Identify, plan and ensure adequate supply of consumables and other workshop materials and tools.
· Control inspection of plant equipment components for accurate assembly and installation.
· Supervise scheduled preventive maintenance tasks such as checking, cleaning, and repairing equipment to detect and prevent problems.
· Consult with relevant professionals to plan layout of equipment and to resolve problems in system operation and maintenance.
· Follow up the processes of developing and modifying plant electronic devices, circuits, and equipment according to available specifications.
· Determine feasibility of using standardized equipment to develop specifications for equipment required to perform additional functions.
· Ensure safety, accident & housekeeping preventions implemented well in the workplace.
· Ensure the implementation of all government (Federal and Legal) regulations and requirements.

Qualification and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience of which three (3) years in a supervisory position.
