Job Summary
IT Project Officer is responsible for providing support and assistance in planning, execution, and delivery of strategic IT projects in the Bank. This includes planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate project management tools; managing the day to day activities of projects in pursuit of their goals, cost effectiveness and agreed quality standards. In addition, the role holder is responsible for coordinating key stakeholders and project team members, and define project success criteria and challenges as per the approved policies, procedures and guidelines.
Academic & Professional Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.
Experience
· At least four (4) years relevant experience

Required Technical Competency
· Knowledge of fundamental project management processes, methodologies and tools and techniques and ability to adapt them to organization.
· Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards.
· Ability to adapt project management processes to organization's product life cycle.
· Experience of Business process improvement.
· Ability to review, interpret and make precise inferences from a wide range of business reports and data, including budgets, financial reports, business intelligence reports.
· Ability to lead, influence and drive change initiatives in support of business strategies within the department/unit.
